How does Rent A Box Express work?
Choose the number of boxes you need and your rental dates online. We deliver the boxes to your address, you use them for your move, and we pick them up when your rental is complete.
What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 7 days.
How many boxes can I rent?
You can rent from 15 to 100 boxes, in increments of 5.
How much does it cost?
Moving box rentals start at $0.50 per box per day, with a 7-day minimum rental period. Applicable GST and PST are added at checkout.
Do you deliver and pick up the boxes?
Yes. Rent A Box Express provides convenient delivery and pickup throughout Regina and nearby areas.
Free delivery and pickup are available within 15 km of Regina. For locations beyond 15 km, additional distance charges apply.

Can my delivery and pickup addresses be different?
Yes. You can enter separate delivery and pickup addresses during checkout.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes. Extensions may be available, subject to availability and additional rental charges. Contact Rent A Box Express as soon as possible if you need more time.
What if I finish my move earlier than my scheduled pickup date?
You can request an earlier pickup. However, unused rental days are non-refundable, and the original rental charge will not be reduced or prorated.
What happens if a box or dolly is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Customers are responsible for rental equipment while it is in their possession.
Replacement charges are:
- Moving Box: $65 per box
- Dolly: $150 per dolly
These charges apply to equipment that is lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged beyond normal wear.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time are eligible for a refund, less a 5% administrative fee.

Do I need to clean the boxes before pickup?
Professional cleaning is not required. Please remove all belongings and return the boxes reasonably empty and free of excessive debris, spills, or prohibited materials.
Can I rent a dolly?
Yes. Dollies may be available as an optional rental add-on, subject to availability.
How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Available payment methods may include credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link.
Are taxes included in the rental price?
No. Applicable GST and PST are calculated at checkout.
What if I need more boxes after my rental starts?
Contact Rent A Box Express. Additional boxes may be available, subject to inventory and additional rental charges.
